Albany, NY – Just hours before Governor Pataki's veto deadline, he and legislative leaders agreed to add to the budget about one billion dollars in spending. Among the items approved Tuesday night is the re-authorization of the state's Environmental Protection Fund. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley reports.
