Foley To Become Springfield City Council Prez

Springfield, MA – The dean of the Springfield Massachusetts City Council, William Foley, will be president of the city council for 2009. Foley , who is 61, is completing his 27th year on the Springfield City Council. This will be the fourth time his colleagues have chosen him to wield the gavel.
