Former Westfield Mayor Picked For Patrick Cabinet

Boston, MA – Richard Sullivan, a former mayor of Westfield has been picked by Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick to join his cabinet as Patrick begins a second term in January. Sullivan, who is currently commissioner of the Department of Conservation and Recreation will be the state's next Secretary of Energy and Environmental Affairs. He will succeed Ian Bowles, who has decided not to return for Patrick's second term. WAMC"s Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Paul Tuthill spoke with Sullivan
