GE Plastics confirms sale to Sabic

Pittsfield, MA – A private Saudi-based company and General Electric confirmed today that it will purchase the company's plastics division for more than $11.6 billion. General Electric's Plastics world headquarters are located in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Berkshire Bureau Chief, Carrie Saldo has this report;
