Savoy, MA – A small Berkshire County community may have two bylaws to consider regarding wind turbines in the coming months. Proposed use of the technology here has been a sore spot for some who say it will ruin scenic vistas. Others are in favor of wind turbines for use as a clean, alternative energy source.
