Homeless Death from Cold Prompts Action from City

Springfield, MA – A homeless man died in Springfield, Massachusetts last week when temperatures dropped below zero. The death prompted a coalition of city officials and homeless advocates to form, who met for the first time yesterday. The group hopes to improve how the city deals with homelessness .
