Housing Agency Announces $13 Million Redevelopment Of Former Springfield Bus Terminal

The Peter Pan Bus terminal building at 1776 Main Street Springfield. Bus operations have moved to Union Station, and Peter Pan plans to relocate its corporate offices there. Way Finders plans to buy the building, and locate its housing center and administrative offices there after an extensive renovation.

Plans have been announced to redevelop the former bus terminal building in downtown Springfield, Massachusetts.

The regional housing agency Way Finders plans to move its headquarters to the Main Street site.

An extensive renovation of the former terminal is planned at an estimated cost of $13 million.
