Independence Party Growing In NYS

Albany, NY – The Independence Party of New York State has is now the third largest political party in the state with 280,000 members. The party, which holds its annual legislative fundraiser in Albany Tuesday evening has had its share of controversy, but recently won a court ruling opening its primary to non-affiliated voters.
