Initiatives to Clean Up Lake Champlain Strengthened

Montpelier, VT – Vermont Governor Jim Douglas has signed legislation aimed at strengthening the clean up of Lake Champlain. At the same time, the Agency of Natural Resources has named a so-called lake czar to oversee the state's clean up efforts. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
