Via Instagram: Tornadoes Sweep The Midwest

The sun has risen in the Midwest — over damage left by tornadoes that swept through the region on Sunday, killing at least six and destroying entire towns.

Using NOAA tornado location data, we've been watching Instagram for photos posted in the path of the tornadoes. Here are a few we found — starting with sunrise in Washington, Ill., taken by Aaron Sasson, a photojournalist for NBC News.
