MA Recycling Programs Take $ 2.9 Million Veto Hit

If the veto is not overriden, funding for recycling items from aluminum cans to hazardous waste will stand at $600,000 for fiscal year 2004. Berkshire Bureau Chief Arlen Cellana files this report.
