Maine Senator Weighs in On Cement Plant

Greenport, NY – The Senate Majority Leader in Maine has written to New York Governor George Pataki with her concerns over the proposed Greenport St. Lawrence Cement plant. She is calling on the governor to deny permits for the plant if it the strictest requirements of the Clean Air Act cannot be met. WAMC's Hudson Valley Bureau Chief Allison Dunne reports.
