Mass House Budget Cuts Quinn Bill in Half

Massachusetts – The Massachusetts House released a budget last week that cuts funding to the Quinn Bill by fifty percent. The Quinn Bill is a program that gives police officers financial incentives to continue their education. WAMC's Berkshire Bureau Chief Charlie Deitz has the report .
