Mass. Towns Slow to Tap Preservation Fund

Northampton, MA – Massachusetts made headlines recently as the only state in the nation to have lost population in 2004. But in western Massachusetts, the population has been growing steadily, and the number of houses has been growing even faster. WAMC's Eesha Williams reports on one effort to control the sprawl.
