Medicare Covers Scan to Detect Alzheimer's

Kingston, NY – Medicare will now cover a large portion of the cost of a specialized brain scan. It's a scan that can be used in the early detection of Alzheimer's, though Medicare coverage will not be available for all patients. The scan is available in the Hudson Valley.
