Mental Health Cuts from State, One Berkshire Program Stems the Tide

Berkshire County – Lead: Mental Health programs in Massachusetts have taken some of the hardest hits as the state works out its budget deficit. In the last year over 80 million dollars got pulled from state mental health providers.
