Berkshire County – Lead: Mental Health programs in Massachusetts have taken some of the hardest hits as the state works out its budget deficit. In the last year over 80 million dollars got pulled from state mental health providers. Our Berkshire Bureau Chief Charlie Deitz reports that there may be more cuts on the way, but a new program in Berkshire County is offering more effective treatment at a cheaper price
