Increasing sun, windy and very cold today.  Temperatures falling into the single digits with wind chill values staying below zero.

Clear tonight.  Lows 5 to 15 below with some locations 15 to 25 below.

Sunshine followed by high clouds in the afternoon.  Highs in the mid to upper teens.
