Mild Winter Harsh on Winter Recreation

Plattsburgh, NY – This is the winter that wasn't for many winter sports enthusiasts. Most ski areas in the region have relied on their snow making capabilities, but other winter sports, like snowmobilers and those who ice-fish, must rely on Mother Nature's whims. Many sportsmen, and the region's winter economy, are depressed over the past season, now that spring has officially begun. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
