Plattsburgh, NY – Yesterday, the New York State Senate confirmed a new Chair of the Adirondack Park Agency. The selection of Ross Whaley, the former president of the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry, has been praised by some, but received only lukewarm endorsements by others.
