New Documentary on Lake Champlain Released

Plattsburgh, NY – A new documentary film has been released called "Bloom - The Plight of Lake Champlain". Called an advocacy film by some, it uses legislators, researchers, community members and citizen advocates to make the case that phosphorus clean-up has not been successful. WAMC North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
