New England States Graded on Global Warming Efforts

Montpelier, VT – A coalition of environmental advocates have issued grades to the New England States and the eastern provinces of Canada for their efforts to reduce global warming pollution. Massachusetts and Connecticut received the highest grades, while Vermont received the lowest. More from North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley.
