Pittsfield, MA – The non-profit sector in the Berkshires accounts for more than a third of the county's economy, that's according to a new study commissioned by the Berkshire Chamber of Commerce. These figures were released to the public this morning at a quarterly business meeting, our Berkshire Bureau Chief Charlie Deitz was there .
