North Adams, Ma – North Adams Mayor John Barrett has been in office for 26 years, and is the longest serving mayor in Massachusetts. This week, city council member Richard Alcombright is throwing his hat in the ring for the mayor's seat. WAMC's Berkshire Bureau Chief Charlie Deitz reports
