North Adams Scrambles to Pay Health Bills

North Adams, Ma – The City of North Adams has been underfunding their health insurance trust for city employees for at least the last 2 years. Now the city has to come up with hundreds of thousands of dollars just to balance the rest of this year's budget, not to mention what the administration will owe next year. Our Berkshire Bureau Chief Charlie Deitz reports
