NY Injunction: 2 Weeks of Legal Partial Birth Abortions

Kingston, NY – President Bush's newly signed Partial Birth Abortion Ban Act has most recently been challenged in New York, where a federal judge has issued a temporary restraining order to certain abortion providers. These providers say the ban is unconstitutional, while some backers of the ban say they are confident the President's Act will prevail. More from WAMC's Hudson Valley Bureau Chief Allison Dunne.
