NY Legislator Introduces Dangerous Dog Bill

Kingston, NY – A Hudson Valley area assemblyman has put forth legislation that would define a dangerous dog as a deadly weapon. Part of the measure would allow municipalities to ban breeds, though the assemblyman says the bill does not single out one breed over another.
