NY Legislators Assail Medicare Bill

Kingston, NY – The Medicare Bill passed the House over the weekend and is being debated on the Senate floor today. Hudson Valley Congressman Maurice Hinchey calls the bill a shameful attempt to privatize Medicare, while New York Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton says it falls exceedingly short of what seniors need. WAMC's Hudson Valley Bureau Chief Allison Dunne has more.
