NY Rules Changes Met with Mixed Reviews

Albany, NY – On Monday, the Senate and the Assembly are scheduled to adopt rules changes to reform the practices of their own houses. Both houses have released previews of what they intend to do. The proposals have been met with mixed reviews. WAMC's Capitol Correspondent Karen Dewitt reports.
