NYC mayor: Leave work a little early
NEW YORK (AP) — Mayor Michael Bloomberg is urging people to leave work a little early.
Bloomberg also said Friday that New York City hopes to have all streets plowed at least once by midmorning Saturday.
Residents can view the progress with a plow-tracker on the city's web site.
Bloomberg suggested that residents check on ailing or elderly neighbors and see if there's anything they need.
