New York State Police arrested Thomas Wright of Waterford Monday in connection with a hit-and-run in Clifton Park. Police say they found Wright and his vehicle with extensive front end damage. Wright was charged with leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, a felony, and remains in the Saratoga County jail in lieu of bail.
