Albany, NY – Bats, what are they good for? That's the topic of one of two listener questions about those flying mammals. 11-year-old Truth Muller checked in to ask about the benefits bats provide to the environment for a project she is working on. A second listener, Andy Manion, wrote to ask if stray bats normally take refuge in homes during the winter and what to do about it after a face-off between a bat and some house cats.
