Pittsfield City Council does 180 on resort bylaw

Pittsfield, MA – The Pittsfield City Council has rejected a proposed bylaw change that would have allowed timeshare developments within particular residential areas in the city. And as our Berkshire Bureau Chief, Carrie Saldo, reports at least one city official is concerned about the implications of its defeat.
