Potential MA Law to Protect Funeral Consumers

Boston, MA – A bill that tries to protect Massachusetts residents during a vulnerable time is headed to Governor Mitt Romney. The potential law would require cemeteries to provide customers with greater disclosure. But industry representatives around the country don't agree that consumers are vulnerable without the law. WAMC's Berkshire Bureau Chief Kelly Wilkinson has more.
