Plattsburgh, NY – Heavy rains in the forecast for Wednesday and Thursday are raising worries of possible flooding in some parts of Vermont and Northern New York. While there is a flood watch for areas of Vermont and northern New York, the heavy rain forecast is not limited to that area. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
