Preliminary Approval for Reimportation

Montpelier, VT – An initiative that would help Vermont residents import prescription drugs at lower cost from Canada and Europe has won preliminary approval in the Vermont House. Advocates are pleased with the legislature's move, but say it's only a small step towards helping reduce the escalating cost of health care. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
