Plattsburgh, NY – The second annual Quebec-New York Border Summit will be held Monday in Montreal. Presented by the Plattsburgh/North Country and Quebec Chambers of Commerce, it will focus on facilities and enhancements scheduled for the Champlain-Lacolle crossing.
