Program Launched to Provide Venezuelan Oil to Low-income Vermonters

Vergennes, VT – Vermont is the latest state to receive discounted and free heating fuel oil from CITGO, an oil company owned by Venezuela. Vermonters and officials from Venezuela gathered in front of the John W. Graham Emergency Shelter in Vergennes, Vermont on Tuesday for the official announcement. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
