Great Barrington, Ma – This week, the Railroad Street Youth Project in Great Barrington celebrates a decade of youth empowerment. The group started as a response to a drug and alcohol epidemic in Southern Berkshire County. Our Berkshire Bureau Chief Charlie Deitz reports
