Renewable Energy Bill Moves to VT Senate Floor

Montpelier, VT – A renewable energy bill comes up for debate this week in Vermont's Senate. The bill is designed to encourage development of renewable energy, and to require that utilities make it part of their mix of power resources. More from WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley.
