Researchers Work to Develop Sweeter Maple Sap

Plattsburgh, NY – The sweetness of a maple tree's sap determines how much will be needed to make a gallon of maple syrup. Researchers in Vermont and New York are trying to find ways to predict or propagate the sweetest of maple trees. More from North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley.
