Retiree Benefit Push Hits the Hudson Valley

Poughkeepsie, NY – A former IBM employee from the Hudson Valley is trying to drum up support to fight for fair medical insurance costs for retirees. He says efforts to regain health benefits will focus first on IBM, and then other corporate retirees. A meeting on the issue with Congressman Maurice Hinchey is slated for the weekend in Dutchess County. WAMC's Hudson Valley Bureau Chief Allison Dunne has this report.
