A Capital Region police officer who was serving in the Watervliet School District is facing allegations he had sex with some of his students. Officer Joshua Spratt has been charged with having sex with two girls ages 16 and 17, while working as a school’s resource officer. The 12-year-veteran of the force pleaded not guilty in court yesterday.
