Hudson Valley, NY – The end of winter is in sight, but this may prove to be the toughest week of the year for some Northeast residents. In parts of the Hudson Valley, some people are being advised to find somewhere else to stay until downed power lines are repaired. Hudson Valley bureau chief Susan Barnett has an update.
