Shakespeare and Co. Moving Toward Sustainibility

Lenox, Ma – Last fall, Shakespeare and Company in Lenox, went public with their financial troubles. The theater company struggled with costly capital projects, a top heavy business model, and the global financial meltdown. The group says they've cleaned up their books, and reorganized their debts thanks in part to a loan guarantee from an unlikely source, the USDA. Our Berkshire Bureau chief Charlie Deitz has the report
