Shelter Dogs To Be Shown on HBO Tonight

Woodstock, NY – A documentary that was filmed at Ulster County's Rondout Valley Kennels premieres on HBO tonight, kicking off the America Undercover Series.. Film maker Cynthia Wade says "Shelter Dogs" is really a portrait of the kennel's owner, Sue Sternberg, and the ethics involved in a shelter that euthanizes. WAMC's Hudson Valley Bureau Chief Allison Dunne spoke with Wade about her choices in making the documentary.
