Southwest Corner of MA Gets More Protected Land

Mt. Washington, MA – The Nature Conservancy has made its biggest acquisition of land in Massachusetts, and that land is in Berkshire County. The acreage butts up against several other protected parcels, which now form one contiguous area of 15 square miles that can't be developed. WAMC's Berkshire Bureau Chief Kelly Wilkinson has this report.
