Statewide Action Planned to Challenge NY's Marriage Law

Plattsburgh, NY – On Friday, gay and lesbian couples across New York State are planning to go to town clerks' offices to request marriage licenses. If they are denied, a class-action suit, based on the states's Domestic Relations Law, will be filed. North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley reports.
