Students Win in Dispute with UMass

Amherst, MA – A dispute that's been brewing for almost a year at the University of Massachusetts has addressed by an outside arbitrator. Foreign students at UMass have been fighting a fee that was instituted after the budget for the International Programs Office was cut by two-thirds. WAMC's Berkshire Bureau Chief Kelly Wilkinson has the story.
