Summer Power Outlook For Northeast

Albany, NY – There should be enough power to go around this summer in the northeast according to a new report by the Northeast Power Coordinating Council. WAMC's Brian Shields reports on the summer power expectations for the region, and the changes that have been made since the massive blackout of August 14, 2003.
