Tax Day Arrives for Sellers on Auction Sites

Kingston, NY – It's less than one month from the April deadline for filing income tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service. And now, some who've hawked their wares on Internet marketplaces such as eBay, may be scratching their heads when it comes to reporting incomes from the sale of these items. Tax and auction site experts say the IRS is paying attention to those who may be earning a living through such sales. WAMC's Allison Dunne has more.
